A new study shows that too much sleep may be as bad as too little, and a moderate amount of sleep may be optimal for our physical health. Sleeping less, or more, than 7 hours per night was associated with excess heart age, with 8 hours per night with the same excess heart age as 6 hours (n=12,775).
