Adolescents who see themselves as puny and exercise to gain weight may be at risk of muscularity-oriented disordered eating behaviors, suggests new research, which found 22% of males and 5% of females ages 18-to-24 exhibit these behaviors (like eat more, or use supplements or steroids, to bulk up).
